This notice describes how we process the personal data of visitors to this site, of those who contact us and of those who buy online, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process and why

• Enquiries and bookings. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process your name, phone number and the content of the conversation to reply and manage the appointment. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract.
• Online purchases.Payment takes place on Stripe's secure pages, which collect name, email, phone and payment details. We only receive what is needed to provide the service (who bought what, email and phone to set the appointment): we never see or store card numbers. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations on tax and accounting matters.
• Browsing data. Our hosting provider records technical logs (for example IP addresses) needed for the operation and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.

We do not profile you and we do not use your data for automated marketing.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (online payments), with the safeguards provided by the GDPR for any transfers outside the EU.
• Vercel Inc. (site hosting), with standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (WhatsApp and Instagram), when you choose to contact us on those channels, under their own notices.

For how long

We keep data for the time needed to manage enquiries and appointments. Tax documents linked to purchases are kept for the statutory period (10 years). Technical logs are kept for short periods.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to the processing.
