Terms of purchase

These terms govern purchases made on this site, operated by Centro Estetico Encanto, Via Morgioni 21, 80077 Ischia (NA), VAT no. 10400771217.

What you are buying

Buying online you purchase a treatment (or a gift card) to be used at our salon in Ischia. The purchase works as a named voucher for the service indicated: it is not an automatic booking. After payment we message each other on WhatsApp, or you can message us, to set the day and time of the appointment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro, VAT included. Payment is handled by Stripe with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. At the end you receive the receipt by email from Stripe.

Validity

Treatments bought online and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards work as credit on the whole price list and can be used over several visits until the value runs out.

Appointments and cancellations

We receive by appointment only. You can move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before; in case of a no-show without notice the voucher is considered used.

Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving reasons, under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, provided the voucher has not been used. Just let us know at the contact details below: we refund the full amount to the same payment method. If you book and receive the treatment before the 14 days have passed, the right of withdrawal ends with the performance of the service.
